KDC has been supplying high quality injection molds to U. S. customers from China for over 5 years. We understand the Chinese business environment and the manufacturing requirements to produce quality injection molds. We have been doing business in the manufacturing sector in China for over 25 years. We understand all aspects of manufacturing and of injection mold manufacturing in detail. All of our associates have 25 to 30 years experience running manufacturing businesses both in China and in the U. S. We know the quality requirements of today’s injection mold manufacturing companies in the U. S. Our associates living in China are there to insure the quality of the injection molds and the accuracy of promised lead times. KDC is a U.S. Owned Company

KDC is headquartered in the Chicago area. This allows convenient and timely communication via phone and email and in the English language. We can also visit your molding facility to meet face-to-face if a project requires that form of communication. Billing and payment is done in U. S. dollars so that currency exchange rates are not a concern of our injection mold customers.

Capabilities

The injection mold manufacturing facility we use has a capacity to make 350 injection molds per year. All of the equipment required for this injection mold output is in-house. The maximum injection mold size that we can make is 1 meter by 1 meter with a maximum weight of 8 tons. Quotation turnaround time is only 3 to 4 days. Injection mold machining and assembly time 3 to 4 weeks. Ocean shipping of completed injection molds typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.
